PAYE - New student loan limits

New limits. If you’re an employer you need to be aware that the earnings thresholds at which you’re required to make deductions from an employee’s pay if they have a student loan increase on 6 April 2018. The new annual thresholds change from:

• £17,775 to £18,330 for Plan 1 loans; and from

• £21,000 to £25,000 for Plan 2 loans.
